The aluminum dross processing and and separation line(Figure 3-6) is composed of aluminum dross recycling machine, aluminum dross cooling machine and ball mill screening machine.
Aluminum dross recycling machine
The aluminum dross recycling machine, also called aluminum dross separating machine, is a machine that introduces advanced foreign technology, which does not require fuel and quickly recycles, with a high aluminum recovery rate, so it replaces the traditional manual ash frying method. The aluminum dross recycling machine can be used for aluminum dross processed and separated at the aluminum melting furnace site in one step, which has the features of high aluminum recovery rate, less time period, low power consumption, and environmental protection.
Aluminum dross cooling machine
The aluminum dross cooling machine uses circulating water spraying quickly to cool the hot aluminum ash. The temperature of the hot aluminum ash in the aluminum dross recycling machine is as high as 700°C. When passing through the aluminum dross cooling machine, the hot aluminum ash is rapidly cooling to below 80°C under the action of circulating water, which can reduce the burning loss of aluminum metal and minimize the loss of aluminum metal.
Ball mill screening/sieving machine
The ball mill screening machine breaks up the cold aluminum ash through ball milling and classification screening to recover the aluminum in the aluminum ash.
Pour the cold aluminum ash into the hopper, transfer it to the ball mill, and disperse it through the ball mill to the circular sieve to screen out three different sizes of aluminum ash. The coarse-grained aluminum ash can be returned to the furnace for smelting, the medium-grained aluminum ash can be used in the dross separating machine to cool down the temperature, and the fine aluminum ash can be put into bags for processing.
